Product Return Policy
Generick Ink Publishing produces printed work that is customized
to meet client specifications. Such custom made products cannot
be resold and are therefore not returnable. All sales of printed
goods are final.
Services Refund Policy
Generick Ink Publishing provides various services to meet the
needs of our clients. Once services are performed, your prompt
payment is expected and appreciated. If the end result of a project
does not meet the agreed upon specifications, we hope to work
together to resolve any discrepancies and to reach an amicable
conclusion to the project. All sales of services are final.
Project Deposit Policy
Deposits received by Generick Ink Publishing are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled by the client or on the client's behalf,
deposits will be applied to work already performed (including
products or services). Any excess funds may be offered to client
as a store credit; however, no cash refunds will be issued under
any circumstance.
Generick Ink Publishing reserves the right to invoice a client for
work performed in the event a project is cancelled by the client.
Book Return Policy
For books published and sold by Generick Ink Publishing, we will
exchange a book damaged in shipment for the same title ordered.
If we are out of stock of a particular title, we will backorder the
book for you or contact you for information on how to proceed.
